the Prescott, Arizona, area, taken at 16:53 GMT on December 4,1974
(SL4-90-306). Differences in tone and texture can be used to
discriminate between surface materials. Sites A and B are sedimentary
rocks, site C is mostly basalt, and site D is an area of granite. The
approximate area shown in figure 4-10 is outlined.
