The Apollo 17 Flight Journal

David Woods and Ben Feist

Welcome to this 29 December 2023 release of the Apollo 17 Flight Journal, part of the Apollo Flight Journal series.

Like its companion, the Apollo Lunar Surface Journal, it is intended to be a resource for all those interested in the Apollo program, whether in a passing or scholarly capacity.

This journal is a collaboration with Ben Feist as a parallel project to his interactive project, Apollo17.org, which covers the entire flight of Apollo 17 from launch to splashdown in an interactive audio-visual website. As living documents, both the A17FJ and Apollo17.org will continue to grow and evolve.

Journals for other Apollo flights are available at the AFJ Portal.
