Ulli writes, "This sketch is a little more serious.
It shows Pete sitting on the descent stage of Intrepid recalling a good time." On October 30, 2002, Ulli wrote to us about a visit he had made earlier in the year to Pete's grave at Arlington National Cemetary. He wrote, "I guess Pete is now sitting on the descent stage of Intrepid waiting for the next visitors." |
