At 97:55:07, LMP talks briefly to Houston about taking decongestants.  At the planned wake-up time, Houston plays "Reveille".  When the CapCom tells them to "Today's the big day; hit the deck", the CDR says, "We've been there for a while."

LM calls Houston.  They've been up quite a while so that Al Bean could re-lace Pete Conrad's boots to give him some extra leg length and eliminate the pain he's been experiencing because the suit was too short and digging into his shoulders.  Pete is eager to get outside for EVA-2.  See a discussion at 128:51:00 in the Apollo 12 LSJ.

The crew was still "cleaning up" at 152:04, after transferring dirty astronauts, rock boxes, etc to orbit.  Houston makes the wake-up call, but the crew was already awake
