Ron says, "I slept with my lightweight headset on last night, so (I) didn't have to have that (Snoopy) cap on." Mentions that he "took a bath and changed my underwear, and all those good things."  Ron asks how his sleeping heart rate compared with his pre-flight data; surgeon says low-60s or high-50s preflight and  about 10 beats per minute lower in flight.  Ron also discusses his experience with sleep restraints and sleeping bags thus far in the flight.  Also some psychological issues in adapting to sleep in zero g.

Ron woke up 2 or 3 hours after going to sleep and was awake for about an hour before sleep again. "Oh, and I was just itching like a son of a gun." It was his forearms "from the wrist back to the elbow" that was itching
